STEP 3: Customize your text On the bench preview, click directly on each text line to select the font and edit your text. To eliminate a line of text, click on it, select “edit text”, and delete all of the text.

STEP 4: Choose your artwork If the ‘Text + Standard Artwork’ format is chosen, click the banner with this icon

on the bench preview to select your artwork.
If the ‘Text + Custom Artwork’ is selected, go ahead and check out. We will finalize your artwork by email. Nothing will be manufactured until you have approved your custom design.

Ground-anchoring foot pads: Foot pads allow you to secure the bench firmly to any outdoor surface.
5 feet wide: Generous seating for two to three people — a welcoming and substantial presence.
5 standard colors: Choose from Black, Green, Burgundy, Blue, or Gray to complement any setting.

Flat-rate freight shipping of $200 applies to all orders within the contiguous United States. No surprise fees — what you see is what you pay.

Each bench is custom-made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and delivery. We take care with every piece — your bench is worth the wait.

How do I place an order?

Use our online configurator to design your bench, then proceed through checkout. You’ll be able to review your design and all order details before submitting payment. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. Because each bench is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to hold production slots without payment.

What are my design options?

You can choose a text-only design or a design that combines text with one image selected from our library. You have up to three lines of text — the top line can be displayed straight or arched, while the remaining two lines are straight. Two text height options are available, and the configurator will prevent you from entering more text than will fit for your chosen size.
